Short answer: No. Clarivate controls evaluation and coverage decisions for the Web of Science Core Collection. Its journal evaluation process is carried out by in-house editors using published selection criteria, so an independent editing or consulting company cannot guarantee an indexing outcome.
Clarivate currently describes 28 journal evaluation criteria: 24 quality criteria and four impact criteria. Only journal publishers can submit new journal evaluation requests through the Web of Science Publisher Portal.
Researchers looking for a journal should verify current coverage through Clarivate’s Master Journal List. Publishers seeking evaluation should use Clarivate’s official publisher process.
ISI Journal Indexing can provide academic editing, journal-selection guidance, and publication-readiness support, but it is not Clarivate and does not control Web of Science indexing.
